What is a Transitional Resources Fair?

This is an opportunity for students and their families to learn about resources available to them as they transition from high school to the adult world.  The fair will include representatives from agencies and organizations that support post-secondary education, employment, independent living, leisure activities, and more.

Who is the Transitional Resources Fair for?

The fair is for any students, and their families, currently receiving special education or other disability-related services.
